Help Paramount ABC Return to Wycliffe Church

Donation protected
WHAT are we doing?

We are trying to raise money to help Paramount Amateur Boxing Club return to its home at Wycliffe Church - Heaton Norris - Stockport. To do this we are planning a 10 mile sponsored walk up Kinder Scout in several groups of 6.  Each member will try and raise as much as they can for this challenging hike and all proceeds will go towards the club.

WHY are we doing it?

The money will be used to improve the state of the club including bringing the utilities up to standard (toilets, electrics etc), new welfare facilities such as a changing room and lockers, and some new bits of equipment so that Paramount can keep providing top quality boxing sessions for both children and adults.

WHO are we?

The club was founded in 1999 by Mick Kenyon at the Wycliffe Congregational Church and resided there until 2012 when due to structural problems with the building they had to vacate to Whitehill Fire Station. The fire station has been a brilliant home to Paramount but now building work has been completed at Wycliffe we are planning to raise funds to relocate back there. The club is a shining pillar of the community and over the years generations of local kids and adults have either trained (or fought) for the club. Please help us to raise this money and keep the club running for many more years.
