Help Palestinian Refugees Rebuild in Edmonton Canada

Hi my name is Allyse Haley and I am trying to raise funds for my new Edmonton friends from Palestine.

Palestinian refugee families are starting to arrive in Edmonton and they need our help. One such family arrived days ago, sponsored by their Palestinian-Canadian family member. Rama and Yaser Ismail went to extreme lengths to cover the costs of bringing over 21 family members ranging in age from 2 years to elderly, but are now without much money to support them. They are in desperate need of financial support for everything ranging from personal and household items to building supplies to finish a basement in their home so that everyone has a place to sleep.

This is Ahmed, his wife Eman, and daughter Jana. Some of the family members who just arrived in Canada. You can feel the kinds and love of these wonderful people through this video.

This family has many medical needs to be addressed as well as deep psychological trauma from the war. The children are living in a home where there is construction next door and a simple cement truck can send the kids fleeing under the table for safety.
