Heya, my name is Lucius Savage. Many of you might know me in the art community!

Long story short, my insurance refuses to cover an eye procedure I'm in need of. I find myself needing to ask for a bit of help since I'm unable to make enough in time. Specifically, I'm in need of a corrective procedure to prevent further damage to my eyes as I have BVD and horribly misshapen retinas (alongside other issues, but let's start small).

I worked hard and raised a good chunk of money for myself but am coming up $500 short, and I'm running out of time. I was hoping I could have some help!

I tried to do things myself, but find it really hard to keep up with everything living in America. Living here has become quite expensive, jobs don't seem to be enough, and fighting its health care system is hellish to get them to do anything.

But I'm not quite willing, or ready, to lose my vision and wanted to fight it best I can, so I ask, would you be as kind as to help a guy out from going completely blind?

All I'd need is 10 people (well, probably 11 given the GoFundMe fees) to donate $50 and I'll gladly be on the operating table in no time to correct my eye issues.

Sorry to ask for help, I just... can't imagine being blind, no longer being able to draw, watch movies, play games, things we take for granted. It's honestly terrifying!
