This year for my passion project at school, my friend Paisley and I (Lola), decided to do a project based on helping our community and spreading kindness. We have three things we would like to do, volunteer at a local store called Ashlee's Toy Closet, which is a discount/free store that helped Paisley's family so much in 2024 when they lost their home and all of their belongings in a wildfire, we wanted to give back to the business to show our appreciation. We also would like to volunteer at the Northern Nevada Food bank. Next, we would like to buy bouquets of flowers, and then tie encouraging notes to them, and give them out to people in the mall, grocery stores, etc. (with permission). We need the money to afford the flowers and materials for making the notes. Lastly, we are running a penny drive at our school to raise money for Ashlee's toy closet as they helped Paisley's family so much during their hard time with the fire the winning class of the penny Drive will receive a pizza party so we need funds to be able to do that.
