<div>Hi, Paige here!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm trying to raise funds to move into a new home which will double as a dance studio.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, the dance studio I have called home for the last 12 years is set to be demolished per the 33rd &amp; Cornhusker Hwy Construction Project; and commercial property pricing has gone way up since back when we stumbled upon our beloved dance studio space.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Therefore, combining home &amp; studio was the only feasible way to keep my dance life going; and as dance &amp; performing arts has truly become a part of who I am to my very core, I cannot let my dream die due to road construction &amp; finances!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I only need a bit of help for initial move-in costs. As long as first month's rent &amp; deposit are covered, general living expenses after that will be covered no problem.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any bit you can spare to help with this life transition would be extremely appreciated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm not one to ask for help lightly, so this is hard for me; but I truly appreciate any donation, or even sharing of my GoFundMe to assist in making this dream a reality. Thank you.
