Help Pacestar Joiners After Fire

On Friday morning 15th September 2017, Pacestar Joinery in Chantry Place, Harrow was devastated by a huge fire. Thankfully nobody was inside and nobody came to any physical harm.
Over the last couple of days the devastation of what this fire means has been playing heavily on my every waking moment.
My youngest son is serving his CITB Bench Joinery Apprenticeship at Pacestar. Over the thirteen months that he has proudly worked there he has spent many hundreds of pounds on specialist tools - all were lost in the fire as the joiners keep their tools on site. All of the other joiners there will have also lost their tools too.
Some of these men have families and mortgages, everything is uncertain at the moment, lives may be turned upside down over the next few days and weeks.
One thing is absolutely certain though... they will all need to purchase their tools again to continue their trade.
I can't sit worrying, I just have to try to help somehow. Asking for help in this way really goes against the grain (no pun intended), and it isn't something I'd usually do but I have been prompted to set up this fund by an elderly lady who lives in the retirement complex where I work. Her own late husband was a carpenter and toolmaker. She can see the hardship that these guys potentially face being left without the tools for their trade.
I've set the target to be able to help my son and the other joiners get a start in replacing what they've lost in the fire. I appreciate you possibly don't know any of the Pacestar joiners but they are all just ordinary men with ordinary lives. They are not rich, just ordinary and everyone needs help sometimes.
