Dear friends and Videoflicks family,
After almost 40 years of serving the North York community, it is with a heavy heart that Videoflicks must close its doors, this time for the last time. Since reopening in 2018, we have kept our inventory recent and our prices low. Unfortunately, our financial commitments have got ahead of us, and we’ve made the decision to cut our losses and close the business.
We at Videoflicks are beyond grateful to the customers and friends who have supported us over the years, in some cases for decades. We are honoured to have been a part of your movie nights, your date nights, your horror fests, your TV binges, your popcorn cravings, and your neighbourhood. You all mean the world to us. Thank you.
Every contribution to this campaign will be warmly appreciated, and those who donate $20 or more will have the chance to bid on select fixtures from the store itself, including some of our iconic signage.
