Help Our Stars Shine

Friends & Stars, Inc. offers personalized art classes to individuals with special needs. The staff at Friends & Stars welcomes all types of abilities with open arms and loving hearts. As a volunteer, I've witnessed stunning personal development and absolute joy with every finished artwork. This program truly promotes self confidence as children and adults meet new friends, create fun projects, learn from interactive activities, and exhibit their masterpieces.

However, limited funding prompted the closure of the Lauderhill art center and the relocation of the program to Ochlocknee, Georgia. With the art program set to reopen in September, donations are greatly needed to aid the transition process, purchase supplies, and restart a branch of the art program in South Florida. Without your help, we cannot provide 
this valuable program to our special needs population. We - the executive director, volunteers, and parents - all have one wish: to help our beautiful stars shine once again.
