Our youth soccer team had been looking forward to an unforgettable trip to London this August. We started planning in November, making payments each month to secure the experience for our players and their families. For many, this was going to be their first time traveling outside the country—a chance to broaden horizons, build friendships, and create memories that would last a lifetime.

 On April 1, we made our final payment, but just a week later, we received devastating news: the tour company was filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Suddenly, our plans were shattered. Players and parents who had invested their hopes and savings were left disappointed, and some families faced significant financial losses. The excitement of the trip turned into heartbreak, and the sense of adventure was replaced by uncertainty.

 We are seeking to raise funds to revive the trip we had planned. The money will go toward rebooking travel with another company and covering lost deposits, helping us restore the opportunity for our team and ease the financial burden on affected families. I am really hoping that people will see what happened to our group and will be willing to help. The disappointment for the players and the financial loss that some of the families are facing is a real punch in the gut.
