Help our Skyla bear

Our Skyla desparetly needs her adenoids out and grommets put in, she has 45% loss of hearing in both ears and we risk the hearing loss becoming permanent the longer we wait, Skyla's speech is also being affected as is her behavior due to the frustration of not being able to hear properly. The public wait list is over 2years for her age group (and it has been marked urgent), we just can't wait that long, with Skyla starting kindy next year we want her to start with the best possible start she can have. Also the risk of permanent hearing loss breaks my heart. We are just unable to come up with that sort of money asap.
