<div>Hi, I am <strong>Mohammed</strong>, and this is my story.<strong> I am knocking on the last door that could open an opportunity for my family and me to escape the ongoing genocide.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Before October 7th, we lived a beautiful life</strong>. Now, everything has changed. What happened is more of a nightmare than a journey. We have been displaced repeatedly, and our lives have been destroyed.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We've faced severe hardships in Gaza since October 7th, being displaced from their home nine times. The army ordered us to flee to Rafah, so we ended up in a small tent sleeping on the ground.

<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>We lack clean drinking water,</strong> leading to severe stomach pain and diarrhea. The war and siege have made it hard for us to obtain basic needs like water, food, and clothes.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>I refuse to let violence claim my family.</strong> I wish more than anything that I did not have to ask you for help. Sometimes I think,<strong> 'If only we could go back in time and live like we used to,' but dwelling on the past won’t help.</strong> Right now, I have no choice but to seek your assistance. You are our only hope, and your contributions will directly fund our safe passage.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What made matters worse, we got bad news that we lost our home.</strong> It was bombed and destroyed and is now a ramshackle place. All our cherished memories and the warmth of our small home were gone. All gone and will take years to return if there would be a chance to.

<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Displacement is hard on adults, </strong>yet it is even harder for little kids who do not understand why they are not in their rooms playing with their toys and sleeping in their warm silky soft beds. Lack of clean water and hygiene is also a big challenge for little kids as this puts them at risk of getting diseases. <strong>The lack of healthy varied food is also an ugly face of the war where little children face malnutrition.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>On the seventh of August, my family had already had its share of the suffering.</strong> My son Amir fell ill, and his health condition was poor. He was admitted to the hospital as a result. The doctor discovered an intestinal obstruction. Amir underwent abdominal surgery and stayed in the hospital for more than two weeks under follow-up. We are really concerned about the health of our little ones as well as their future which is now blurrily unclear.

</div>
<div><strong>Throughout this fundraiser,</strong> we seek support to secure a brighter now and future for our small family specifically Samia and Ameer. We are considering how they will grow up and where. We are also considering their health and education especially since Gaza is no longer a viable place to live in and we have no home to return to and no jobs as well.

</div>
<div>We would greatly appreciate your contribution to donate and share this donation request so it can reach the highest number of kindhearted people who are willing to save lives and ensure hope for an affected family from Gaza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Please, open your hearts and consider donating whatever you can. Your compassion and support mean the world to us.</strong>
</div>

<div><strong>With gratitude,</strong>
