Help our Haitian partners provide Relief in Haiti

Donation protected

On Aug. 14, a devastating 7.2-magnitude earthquake hit southwestern Haiti, leaving 2,189 people dead, 12,268 injured and at least 332 missing. Days later, Tropical Storm Grace swept over the ravaged landscape, hampering the complicated search and rescue mission. According to U.N. estimates, 40% of the total affected population are in need of emergency humanitarian assistance. In some areas, up to 15 inches of rain led to flash flooding and landslides, blocking roads to communities in urgent need of relief.

We can help.

As many of you know, Allmade started in the beautiful country of Haiti, and our local partner Makenson Edouarzin has planned to rent a TAP TAP in Haiti, fill it up with supplies and take it to the coast to help victims and their friends and families. Many of you may remember Mak as our security through-out our multiple trips to Haiti!

Things that they will be supplying:

Tents and temporary housing supplies.

Basic medical and cleaning supplies.

Food and nutrition.

Clean water.

Due to Haiti's unrest, some of the humanitarian aid entering the country hasn't been able to get where it is needed. To make sure our aid is delivered, Mak is bring along some security allies while in a secure truck. The goods will be delivered at the end of August. To follow along and see updates on the deliveries, please follow @allmadeapparel on social. We will be giving frequent updates as deliveries occur.

Please join with us to help our friends in Haiti and #feelyourimpact.
