Help our great gatsby

Gatsby is a 10 month old bully pit puppy that my mom got in July after our family dog of 15 years passed away, she was heart broken from the loss of our old dog blue, my mom is an animal lover who works for petco. Gatsby has brought so much happiness into her life. Gatsby is the most loving affectionate puppy ever, he loves his belly rubs, and loves people. Recently he started bleeding from his genital area when he gets excited and when he goes to the bathroom, we brought him to the vet and he needs to see a specialist and needs surgery and the vet said it could cost up to thousands of dollars. I’m asking if you could please contribute so we can get the surgery and get him healthy again. My mom has a lot of health issues and is a great companion for her, anyone who meets him falls in love with him. He’s suffering and is miserable and it’s breaking her heart to see him in pain.

A prolapsed urethra looks like a small, red or purple mass at the tip of the penis. The mass may have a donut-shaped appearance. The tissue easily becomes inflamed. Blood may be seen in the urine, or a bloody discharge may be present.
