I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart to share some difficult news about my beloved 8-month-old Great Dane. He has recently been diagnosed with discospondylitis, a painful condition that affects the vertebrae and intervertebral discs in the spine. This infection can cause severe pain, weakness, and even paralysis if left untreated.

The treatment for discospondylitis is extensive and involves long-term antibiotics, pain management, and possibly even surgery. As you can imagine, the cost of these treatments is overwhelming. We are doing everything we can to ensure he gets the best possible care, but we need help.

He is the sweetest boy and brings so much joy to our lives. He doesn’t deserve to go through this pain (not that any animal does), and it breaks our hearts to see him suffer. Any donation, no matter how small, would mean the world to us and help ensure that he gets the treatment he desperately needs.
