Help our friend pay her bills

A close friend of ours, who Tash has known and worked with for years, has unexpectedly been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.  Our friend has been in and out of hospitals across NSW and Victoria for the past 2 months. She has had two major surgeries to remove multiple bowel obstructions, and to correct complications from the first surgery. 

At the age of 23, she is facing the possibility of having a colostomy due to the complications from the first surgery. Now unexpectedly, she has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. For the past few days, after having to endure "the worst pain she has ever felt" from her multiple bowel obstructions, she is now suffering from Hypoxia (not enough oxygen is reaching her brain) and has fluid filling in her lungs. 

These complications from her first surgery have been unexpected. Now when she leaves hospital, she will need a carer to look after her until she reaches full recovery. This has added many weeks onto her time away from work. Our friend has had many surgeries over her life time, but she never expected to be this ill.

Our friend is an independant escort from Melbourne. Without sick leave, and no family financial support, we are reaching out to the sex-worker community to help us raise some money for our friend. Any money we raise will be used to cover her rent, and utility bills.
