Hi my name is William and I'm here trying to help my friend Leslea with support. She has developed Fibromyalgia over the last few years, and despite having a job she loves, can no longer work. She has applied for ODSP, which takes awhile to start, but in the meantime, she is facing eviction, and can't even pay for her medication. She had to live off her savings during the Hollywood Writer's strike last year, and since then, has tried every avenue of funding, with no luck. She even tried to start her own Go Fund Me campaign, but has to wait 3 weeks for updated ID to arrive!

Fibromyalgia (also known as Chronic Pain Disease) is a terrible illness, characterized by-among other things-pain and inflammation, sleep and digestive disorders, memory lapses and cognitive disfunction.

Leslea is a wonderful lady full of love and has been a very good friend to me and others. She has been clean and sober for several years. Leslea is one of the best female singers in Canada She even has 2 EPs out: Closure, and Songs of Amergan (with the band KURU) She was just about to embark on her first FULL LENGTH solo album, when she was struck down with this terrible disease. This Lady has so much to offer and it makes me sad when a good person like Leslea has to go through this. This was the last straw for her asking you kind folks for your help. For those who know Leslea remember her when she ruled the stage and brought people to their feet applauding endlessly and begging for encores. Ask your self this....
