<div>A fire broke out beneath the building where our family’s convenience store has proudly served our community for more than 10 years. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the fire caused extensive damage and forced us to close our doors.

</div>

<div>For more than 10 years, this store has been so much more than a business. Race Street became our family’s second home. We spent seven days a week there, pouring our hearts into our work, sharing life’s milestones, building lifelong friendships, and having the privilege of serving generations of families in our community. It isn’t just a store to us—it holds countless memories, years of sacrifice, and so much love.

<div>The last few days have been incredibly difficult. We sincerely apologize for not responding to everyone’s calls and messages right away. We were simply trying to process everything that happened so suddenly.

<div>To everyone who came to check on us that night, called, sent messages, kept us in your prayers, or offered words of encouragement—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness has reminded us that we are surrounded by an amazing community, and we will never forget the love you’ve shown our family during this difficult time.

<div>As we begin navigating the recovery process, we’re also working with insurance and waiting for the official investigation to be completed. Because this process can take time and many expenses continue in the meantime, any support will help our family through this difficult period.

<div>Durante más de 10 años, esta tienda ha sido mucho más que un negocio. Race Street se convirtió en nuestro segundo hogar. Pasamos allí los siete días de la semana, entregando el corazón a nuestro trabajo, celebrando los momentos importantes de la vida, formando amistades que llevaremos para siempre y teniendo el privilegio de servir a generaciones de familias de nuestra comunidad.
