Help Our Family Find a New Home After Unexpected Eviction

My name is Josefina Montilla, and I am writing to you during one of the most challenging times in my life.

This Christmas season my family and I are amongst the more than 900 families evicted from Li'l Abner mobile home Park in Sweetwater Miami Florida, for years this Park was our home and sanctuary, but now it is being demolished before our own eyes, living us with an uncertain future with no where to turn.

Our family includes my 88 years old husband and my 42 years old son who soffers from schizophrenia.

The stress of losing our home has taken a tremendous toll on all of us especially as we try to navigate this situation during what is supposed to be a season of hope and togetherness.
