<div>Hi my name is Leslie Gomez and I’m sure by now most of you know that my amazing husband Matthew Gomez is currently fighting kidney disease and we are actively looking for a kidney. Recently my husband was hospitalized and was transferred to San Francisco and had major surgery on 07/24 to take out his spleen and gallbladder to keep him healthy enough until we can find him a kidney. On that day though his surgery was successful we almost lost him due to severe blood loss. My husband is now home recovering but we have such a long road ahead of us. we are financially struggling and are at the point in our journey that we are asking for support from our community to keep our family afloat while going through this difficult journey. Though my husband is constantly sick and in a lot of pain and does dialysis ever other day he has fought through and continued to work part time to provide for our family but now that has been cut down as well. My income has become our only source of income but it has been quite hard. We are so thankful for any help you can provide. This means the world to us.
