<div>My name is Esperanza Escobar and I’m creating this page to raise funds for my husband Jose and our two children, Lucas and Abigail. Jose has been detained for about 3 months now as we await his release from the detention center (jail) but we still don’t know when he’s coming home. I’m struggling with financial support since he is our main source of income. Everything seems to be moving in the right direction for him to be released but it takes time to get approval for a bond. He was taken by ICE and is being detained; Since he came here illegally as a child, the law protects all illegal immigrants that have been here more then 10 years, however, now he is going through the proper process to be able to stay in the country. We have hopes he will be home soon, but as a mom of two kids I can only work a few hours each week. Friends have suggested this GoFundMe page and I feel so grateful. Any donations will help keep our house running, to buy groceries, to pay for the bond and legal expenses. Anything you can help with will be appreciated! From the bottom of my heart, Thank you!

José lleva allí unos tres meses y aún no sabemos cuándo regresará a casa.
