Hi, my name is Doris. I am starting this GoFundMe for my colleague and friend Silvia, who works at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center with me. She is a post-doctoral student from Italy. Her very adorable and precious kitty named Gunther has fallen ill with a number of cardio and urinary issues. Gunther hasn’t had the easiest life and wears diapers daily because of a prior urinary tract illness. He is 9 years old and has so much more life left in him. Recently, with the emergency vet visits, his vet bills have become quite high, upwards of $10,000.
