<div>The Heart of Leiria's Fencing in Ruins
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Academia de Esgrima do Lis, in Leiria, is more than just a club; it is the home of 40 plus dedicated athletes, including national champions and young talents who represent Portugal on the highest international stages, such as the European and World Championships. It is a center of sporting excellence and a pillar of the local community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>However, the devastating passage of Storm Kristin has turned our training space into a scene of destruction.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Devastation of the Fencing Hall
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Fencing Hall, where the sound of blades echoed daily, has been completely destroyed. The impact of the storm was brutal:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• Missing Roof: The roof structure was torn off, exposing the entire interior to the elements.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• Critical Infrastructure Lost: The hall is without water, electricity, and with totally compromised electrical and plumbing systems.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• Structural Damage: The integrity of the building has been severely affected.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Fortunately, our essential fencing equipment (signaling units and reels) suffered only aesthetic damage and remains functional. Our biggest and most urgent challenge is the reconstruction of the infrastructure.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Impact on Our Athletes
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With the Fencing Hall out of operation, 40 plus athletes are left without a place to train. These young people, who dedicate their lives to fencing and carry Portugal's name abroad, have seen their preparation and sporting future put at risk.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Fencing requires a specific and safe space. Without our Hall, training is cancelled, and maintaining a high-performance level is impossible. The dream of representing Portugal is on hold.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Academia de Esgrima do Lis is the direct beneficiary of this campaign, ensuring that every cent will be applied to the recovery of the Fencing Hall.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Structural Reconstruction - Repair and installation of a new roof, walls, and insulation.
</div>
<div>Essential Infrastructure - Total replacement of electricity, water, and lighting networks.
</div>
<div>Space Rehabilitation - Repair of floors, locker rooms, and common areas.
</div>
<div>Operational Costs - Rental of temporary training spaces and urgent administrative costs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Help Us Score the Next "Touché"
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We ask for your help so that the Academia de Esgrima do Lis can reopen its doors and our champions can return to training and competing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>How you can help:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>1. Donate: Any amount, no matter how small, makes a huge difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>2. Share: Share this campaign with your network, friends, family, and sports enthusiasts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your generosity is not just rebuilding a building; it is protecting the future of 40 plus athletes and ensuring that Portuguese fencing continues to shine in the world.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, we will rebuild our home. Together, we will score the next "Touché"!

<div>O Coração da Esgrima Leiriense em Ruínas
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A Devastação da Sala de Armas
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>* Danos Estruturais: A integridade do edifício foi severamente afetada.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>O Impacto nos Nossos Atletas
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div>Reabilitação do Espaço - Reparação de pavimentos, balneários e áreas comuns.
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ajude-nos a Tocar o Próximo "Touché"
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Como pode ajudar:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>1.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>2.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Juntos, vamos reconstruir o nosso lar. Juntos, vamos dar o próximo "Touché"!
