Help our brother with his sight

On September 20, 2017, while in New Haven, our brother was randomly targeted while standing on the sidewalk, and shot in the eye with a paintball gun.
After weeks of uncertainty & numerous doctor visits, we have learned that he has irreversible damage to his eye and will need a permanent tube inserted, requiring multiple surgeries.
This random act of violence has had a huge impact on not only our family but other families as well, as multiple people have been targeted at random and have sustained injuries. We hope to bring more awareness to what is going on so that this can be prevented in the future.
These surgeries will be very expensive and any help would be beyond gratefully appreciated. We would love to be able to relieve some of the stress for him!
