Help Otis stay with his family who loves h dearly

Hey my name is Bob Me and my spouse lilli and our two kids at home have stumbled upon pet owners worst nightmare. Otis who is two has ate something he shouldn’t have and has a blockage causing him to not be able to eat and throwing up and diarrhea with blood his X-rays show a blockage of some sort… x rays and emergency vet bills have strained us as it’s not a cheap world we live in our next options are either put him down or do a surgery that costs anywhere from 4-6k as a family living in the high priced world we are In don’t have that money at our disposal atm… we both work full time jobs I am a foreman and my mrs is a health care aide I do t usually ask for help like this but I am out of options I really want to keep our boy in our family I hope this can help it’s atleast worth a try right?
