Ms. Mary’s House was created out of necessity, love, and lived experience. Too many LGBTQ+ youth—especially Black and Brown youth—are navigating rejection, instability, and unsafe environments with nowhere to land. Ms. Mary’s House is being built as a safe, affirming, grounded space where people can breathe, feel protected, and finally feel like they’re home.

To make this vision a reality, we need to lay a strong foundation. Your support will help cover legal filings and the IRS nonprofit application, state and city licenses and permits, insurance coverage, accounting and financial compliance setup, governance policies, and technology to securely manage donations and records. These steps are essential for Ms. Mary’s House to operate responsibly, apply for grants, and protect the people we serve.

This isn’t just paperwork—it’s the foundation for a trusted LGBTQ safe haven, community-centered programming, and a space led with care, accountability, and dignity. Every dollar moves us closer to opening a house rooted in protection, love, and stability. Donate what you can, share this fundraiser, and become a founding supporter. If you believe LGBTQ people deserve safety, belonging, and care—this is your moment to help make it real. Thank you for standing with us at the beginning. Thank you for helping us build home. With gratitude, Ms. Mary’s House
