<div>My sweet nephew, Omar, was in an accident and is currently fighting for his life. He is in the intensive care unit in Mexico, where doctors are providing life-saving care every minute of the day.

<div>Each passing day brings more uncertainty—and more medical costs that continue to mount. My cousins are doing everything in their power to keep Omar alive and give him the chance he deserves, but with limited resources and overwhelming expenses, they simply can’t do it alone.
