Please help Ollie Oscar!

This is my friends dog, Ollie Oscar.

As you can see by his profile photo, he is a happy boy with a beautiful and loving disposition. Ollie was minding his own business and checking his pee-mail,  whilst enjoying his morning walk, when he was savaged by a staffy who was not on his lead and should have been muzzled.

As a result of this vicious attack, Ollie Oscar is now fighting for his life with body parts having been mauled and the possibility of either amputation or euthanasia as his injuries are so severe. So far he has had one surgery for an internal puncture of his stomach and his penis which was ripped open. He is currently in surgery now trying to save his leg.

So far the vet bill is at $4000 and is increasing!  The owner of the vicious dog has been notified and has declared he has no money to put towards the bill  that my friend did nothing to incur and has no interest in taking any responsibility for this tragic event.

My family has gifted what we can towards the bill, however we have a long way to go. So we are appealing to the public to not only help anyway you can, but to raise awareness that attacks like this are not acceptable. That if you choose to own a dog that needs a muzzle, then its your responsibility to ensure it remains muzzled at all times.

My friend is naturally traumatised by what she witnessed happen to her precious fur baby today, and no amount of money will change what has occurred. However, i am pleading to all animal lovers, if you can please make a donation of any kind, big or small,  i know it will make a huge difference to her as she does not have the money to foot this bill. My friend is a good hearted person and despite this event has said she doesn't want to hate the dog that did this.
