Help Ollie do Number two

Story

Ollie is one out nine puppies, the runt! Unfortunately, Ollie was born with a birth defect called atresia ani, which means that he cannot defecate Bc he doesn’t have the proper rectum or anus to do so. Ollie has lived six weeks without going number two! we noticed two days ago he  couldn’t release himself and took him to the vet! He needs surgery and we would really appreciate anything to help him get the surgery and cover all the vet cost!  Ollie deserves a chance to live! We don’t want to euthanize him without trying first!!
