Hello everyone, My name is Lindsey and I am the person who adopted the senior mastiff that we all fell in love with who got dumped in Elkins Park area. He is living his best life on our 5 acre farm with a 9 year old mastiff female and a 9 year old human sister now! Unfortunately though Ol’ Blue here (“Bowser” @SPCA) health isn’t in the best of shape. His legs are very weak and wobbly. I am doing everything I can to get him some medicine for his pain. Though I don’t know how long he will be with us, I don’t predict very long . I’m asking for any donations towards his medicine but more importantly for his future euthanasia. I have never done a GoFundMe before, and never thought I would but Ol’ blue here needed me and I wasn’t going to let him rot away in a small kennel when he deserved so much! For such a large dog it’s over $600 just for them to do the euthanasia. I’m asking for $800 for the additional fees there are, like having a vet drive out and so on. If you can help at all towards this big guy I’d appreciate it more than you know! But until that time, I plan to give him the most amazing time ❤️
