Hi everyone, I’m Oisyn—some of you might know me online as Ducky. It’s been a while, but I’m back, and I have something really important to share.

My spouse and I are facing a tough situation, and while they struggle to ask for help, I know we can’t keep pushing through alone. We’re at a critical turning point, and every bit of support right now makes a difference.

As a visibly trans, disabled person, I’ve faced countless barriers to employment—from physical limitations to blatant discrimination that led to an outright illegal termination. My spouse has been holding us up for a long time, but currently we are both without income, and we’ve exhausted every resource. We’ve fought hard to make things work here, but for our safety, stability, and future, we’re seeking asylum and a sustainable life outside the U.S.

Your support could directly help us secure safe housing and meet financial requirements for asylum, work visas, and other pathways that will allow us to rebuild a safer life.

For the first time in years, I’m regaining my physical strength after struggling with chronic illnesses (including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), POTS, and a chronically broken rib injury that never healed properly). With that energy returning, I’m beyond excited to jump back into to making content—sharing our journey, our laughter, and all the silly moments that we used to do on Vine, Snapchat, Tumblr, and beyond.
