Donation protected
Tracey is 53 from dudley, a single parent with 3 children her youngest is 10 years old.She has been a nurse for 15 years previously worked for over 20 years for Tescos.
Tracey works at Russell's Hall hospital where she tested Positive for covid 19 along with severel work colleagues. Unfortunately Tracey became very ill was hospitalised and then treated for over 4 weeks in critical care at Russell's Hall.
This  team have saved her life. Her family were told to expect the worst. Tracey is the only nurse from this trust  to be admitted to the intensive care unit . Although Traceys life has been saved she is left with life changing health complications. She is currently in high dependency with a plan to be transfered for rehabilitation.
Tracey will need a huge amount of help to get home to her family. We need help to making adaptions to her home to allow her to live with her youngest child. Financially her future is uncertain as its a real possibility she may never work as a nurse again.
Tracey loves being a nurse, she is more than caring and compassionate, anyone who has had the privilege to of been cared for by her knows that. Tracey has had many personal challenges in her life but once her uniform is on she leaves all that behind.
Tracey and her family are so very grateful to all the Russell Hall hospital intensive care team.
Tracey need help now so she can get home to her family.
