Help Nurse Lynn -Medical expenses from heroic act

NICU Nurse Lynn Brooks (known as Mama Lynn by many) and her son, Medical Telemetry Nurse Kyle Brooks, we’re coming home from working 12 hour shifts at the hospital on August 18th when they witnessed a car crash. Both being nurses who are determined to do the right thing, they got out and tried to help. One of the cars suddenly burst into flames and both of them were in the fire. Kyle walked away with minor burns but Lynn’s burns are more severe and she is being treated at Augusta Burn Center at this time.

Lynn will be out of work recovering for an extended period of time and will have medical bills caused from trying to help others. She has had a positive impact on so many people and shouldn’t have to worry about the cost of medical bills and living expenses while she is recovering. I hope we can all come together and at least reduce the financial burden caused from this tragedy. Please pray for everyone involved and their families as this was a very traumatic situation.
