Nova, one of my rescue dogs, injured her leg playing a couple of weeks ago. We've been to the vet twice and treated her with medication. Last night, she tried to jump on my bed, hit the end of it, yelped loudly, and hit the floor. Since then, she is unable to walk and is obviously in a lot of pain. She needs an x-ray done today to find out the extent of the damage. The amount I'm trying to raise is what Urgent Vet quoted me on our first visit there. Normally, I would figure out some way to swing this without asking, but due to my own health issues (lymphoma returned and I'm going through chemo and missing work/pay), I cannot afford to pay for this.
