I was working full-time, building my career, taking care of my family, and trying to hold together a relationship and a home that felt heavy and overwhelming at times. In the middle of constantly being strong for everyone else, I slowly lost connection with myself, my needs, my peace, and my own identity. I didn’t realize how empty I felt until one day, it became impossible to ignore.
