Help Nicole Lubar

We need your help urgently.  Our sister, Nicole Lubar became very ill while on a visit with her family in Florida.  She was in intensive care for 48 hours and remained in the hospital for another 8 days.  Upon release she underwent an additional three weeks of intravenous antibiotic treatment through home health services.  Nicole believed she had catastrophic insurance coverage but found her policy had ended without notification.  During this time her beloved dog Otto, who was being boarded in Maryland for what was supposed to be a 5 day trip to Florida, also became ill.  Otto required emergency hospitalization which was facilitated by a dear friend.  Nicole was able to able to get home to Maryland so she could spend the last hours of Otto's life with him.  Thus, in addition to her own medical bills, Nicole has extensive bills for Otto's prolonged boarding and medical care.
