<div>My name is Megan Keane and I never imagined I would be writing something like this, but today I’m asking for help for my beautiful sister, Niamh Keane, who is facing the fight of her life.

<div>Just two weeks ago, at only 25 years old, Niamh was diagnosed with stage 4 B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. In what feels like the blink of an eye, her whole world — and ours — has been turned upside down. She has a tumour in her chest, three smaller tumours in her stomach, and fluid in her lungs caused by the tumour in her chest.

<div>She has already started intensive chemotherapy, spending up to 22 hours at a time on a drip. The treatment is exhausting and overwhelming, and she has just begun losing her hair — a deeply emotional and difficult moment in this journey.

<div>Niamh is not only my sister — she is an incredible, loving mum to two beautiful little children under the age of 4, including her baby who is just 4 months old. Watching her go through this while still trying to be there for her children is truly heartbreaking. She should be able to focus on fighting this illness and holding her babies close, without the added worry of financial stress.

<div>On top of everything, Niamh is currently in the process of getting a home for herself and her two babies. We would love to help have it ready and comfortable for her return from hospital — a safe, warm place where she can focus on recovery and being with her children. We are also hoping to support her with essentials for the kids, including clothes, childcare needs, and future education costs.

<div>We would also love to help Niamh feel like herself again by supporting her in getting a beautiful wig, something that can bring her a small sense of comfort and confidence during such a difficult time.
