Radiographs reported effusion present in the peritoneal and pleural spaces to say the least. Neptune is undergoing diagnostic and complete pleurocentesis (procedure of thoracentesis, involves removing excess fluid from the space between the lungs and chest wall using a needle and catheter). This procedure relieves breathing difficulties caused by the pressure from the fluid.
