During my attempts to trap neuter and return cats from my neighbors junkyard feral colony, I stumbled upon Nemo. A small beaten up little Tom cat, who seemed unsure of how he got in the situation he was in. Out of all the feral cats to come to our homemade heated cat house I knew Nemo was different. He was the only one who would stay the night and seemed unacclimated to the cold weather like the others were. when I caught him for neutering, it was only then that I realized how much he did not belong outside. Having signs of a punctured lung and broken ribs along with a multitude of other health issues every vet I’ve spoken to has estimated upwards of $1000 just for the diagnosis. I am working with North Brunswick humane Association to get Nemo help, but they need more fundraising to afford his care. I will do everything in my power to make Nemo healthy and to make sure he never experiences the cold or pain again. He loved someone at some point and they let him down, but he’s willing to trust again and is the sweetest boy. He loves belly rubs, tuna, churus, and falling asleep in my hands. Any and all help is embraced and appreciated to get Nemo the help he’s so rightfully deserves
