Help needed to fix car engine

My son is  struggling and at no fault of his own. Just when his life was shining a little brighter, he signed a lease, and paid the deposit to move back to Roanoke in August. Then a month later,  his car (that he just paid off last year) breaks down. We had it towed three weeks ago to the dealership to find the source of the problem. With each passing day the news became darker and darker. Today came the worse news! Please know, Aaron has
always taken care of his car and is smart with his money.  However, he is now facing over $5000 for repairs. Trading it in is not an option. I know for some that’s not a lot, but when you are on a tight budget as it is with soon living without having to share an apartment, paying on student loans until he dies (not, but maybe his 70’s) he does not have the amount needed to have transportation again. So I’m asking (ok, begging) for your help.  Remember back to when you were in a tight spot and someone kind reached out to help you. I’m asking for you to pay it forward and lend a helping hand.  Aaron has family and friends all over! From Bluefield College, Roanoke, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Colorado, Georgia, and Iowa. If you feel like you can help with even the smallest amount, I will be very grateful mom.
