Help needed One year After fires

Having lived through 2 fires and loosing everything, I am now living in a RV on the side of the road.
I am 65 years old & have been disabled since 2002. I can not live on my Social Security alone, it amounts to $890.00 per month.
Please if you can help me replace a broken refrigerator & roof repair, the RV leaks everywhere due to the flames. I could continue to live in this or rent a studio apartment. Living on the streets is not only dangerous, I live without water or power. Another alternative is ,I could park on a property & help with security or pay rent for a hose & power cord, that would be sufficient.
