From Forgotten to Forever Rescue has taken two new medical fosters into rescue. Sadie, a 3 month-old sweet girl, had a badly broken front right leg. Because of a last-minute cancellation, she was able to have surgery at Canine Ortho in Colorado Springs on Friday, October 16, to try and pin and plate her leg. It was an older injury, but they were able to save her leg!
Her mom, Zoe, is a beautiful 8 month-old kitten herself. She has a broken canine that will need to be repaired or removed, so donations are needed to help Zoe as well. Sadie will also have follow-up vet visits as well.
From Forgotten to Forever Rescue has had many unexpected vet bills for cats and kittens currently in rescue, so we are in urgent need of help for these medical fosters. Thankfully, we were able to get her into surgery sooner than later so that she is no longer in pain, but we weren't able to try to raise funds ahead of time. Any amount is appreciated and if you are not able to donate, please consider sharing this to friends and family who might be able to.
