Help Needed for my Brother

In October 2017 my brother got Guillain-Barre' Syndrome after getting a flu shot.   Mike is the co-owner of TRIO, a restaurant in Philadelphia.  He's probably the nicest guy anyone could ever meet.  He's an amazing brother, son, uncle, friend, and chef!  This devastating illness has caused my brother so much strife.  Never a guy to sit still for very long, he is now confined to a wheelchair.  It is unknown when he will regain the use of his legs as this syndrome moves at its own pace.  In the meantime, my brother has no solid form of income...other than his restaurant that is being solely run by his business partner who has a family to support as well.  Medical bills are piling up quickly and becoming overwhelming.  
Mike, my brother is currently residing at my parents' house (they are in their 70s).  It is difficult for them to physically help with all the needs of a person in a wheelchair.  My dad had to dip into his own pocket to build a large ramp so that Mike can go in and out of the house for physical rehabilitation twice a week.  We are hoping to raise money to help Mike with his car payment, medical copays, and loss of income.  Any donation amount would be GREATLY appreciated.
