Help, Need Kidney

I am raising money and awareness for a kidney transplant.  I  just found out I am in Stage 5 kidney failure, which means it could go at any moment.  I have been a Type 1 Diabetic since i was 18 months old.  I just turned 40 this past February.  I have gone through my stages in life of pain and grief from this disease, and now it has affected me to the point that I have to have a kidney transplant.  

I am going through the process to start dialysis soon, but that is not the endgame for me.  

My doctors have also suggested doing a double transplant of my kidney and a pancreas, which would technically cure my body of diabetes.  There is a lot more to it than that, but its a start of what could be a normal life.  One that i have not ever had the feeling of.  

This is not easy for me, as i am not good at asking for help.  But every other time in my life, i have found a way to make it through my situations.  This one is different.  This one is fatal if i cant find help.  

I have started the first of many tests with my doctor already and getting prepared to go to the next set of tests when my next round of blood work comes back.  

If there is anything you can do to help, You have no idea how much it would mean to me.  

Right now i am putting $10,000 as the goal because i am not sure what i will have to pay for all of these treatments and tests.  That goal may change, and i assume it will get larger as i go  through this.  I'm hoping not to go through it alone.
