<div>If you have lived (and worked out) in the Dallas area, you know and respect Nazareth, “Naz” Thomas.   If you’ve had the privilege of being one of his clients, you know the power of his mission: to make you better. 

For more than 25 years, Naz has dedicated his life to helping others improve their health and wellness.  Through personal training, fitness classes, his healing A.R.T table work, or leading Lifetime Plano, it’s his continued compassion for others and their goals that has positively impacted the lives of thousands. 

So the irony isn’t lost… the leader that has helped so many, now needs our help to brighten his health story. 

This past September Naz began an unfamiliar journey. A series of doctor’s appointments and testing revealed a diagnosis of advanced prostate cancer with metastasis to right femur head, left ribs # 4 and #6, along with two lymph nodes in his pelvis.

Naz and his wife Kristen are humble servants.  The idea to rally and support them is overwhelming.  Yet, the realization that Naz will undergo treatment and fight cancer means the likelihood of expensive medical bills, possible missed days of work and needed time spent healing.

It’s our turn to rise, love and support Naz, Kristen and their young son, Jaxson—so that—he will fight, win and continue inspiring a health ministry for years to come.
