Natnael Limenih Tegegn, a 32-year-old Civil Engineer, is battling end-stage kidney failure, as confirmed by the Tikur Anbessa Hospital Medical Board. His only hope for survival is an immediate kidney transplant at Apollo Hospital in India within the next month. Without this procedure, his condition will only worsen.

Graduating from Mekelle University in 2011 with a degree in Civil Engineering, Natnael has dedicated his career to working as an office engineer while serving his community and supporting his family. Now, he is in desperate need of help.
