Help Nathan Recover After Tragic Accident

Story

Hi everyone,We are asking for prayers and donations for little Nathan as he continues to recover in the hospital. On October 18th, Nathan was playing in the yard with his brother Noah while his dad Matt was cutting the grass. As Matt was backing up the riding lawn mower, Nathan ran behind him and slipped on the grass and his leg was run over. Luckily he is okay, but the damage to his leg from the weight of the mower and the blade is severe. His foot is injured as well, one of his toes had to be amputated. He was airlifted to the hospital and underwent hours of surgery yesterday.Nathan has a long road of recovery ahead of him, and we are asking for all the help we can get to lighten the burden on the Magolan family as they walk through this tragedy. With the cost of being airlifted, the hospital stay, CT scans, the surgery yesterday, and several more surgeries and months of therapy up ahead, this is going to be very financially taxing on their family. Allissa is breastfeeding their 6-month old and needs Matt to take turns at the hospital. He needs to take off work, and he is their only source of income. Please consider donating to help out Nathan and his family during this difficult time. Every little bit helps. And if you are unable to donate, please continue to lift Nathan and the Magolans up in prayer. For anyone that personally knows the Magolan family or are local, if you would like to send a birthday present to Nathan, please reach out to me or my sister Donna and we can pick it up and drop it off at Allissa's so they can bring it to the hospital for him. Nathan turns 5 this Thursday the 22nd and was so excited for his birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. He's really sad that he won't be able to have his party anymore and has to spend his birthday in the hospital. Let us know if you want to get him a present or make him a card to help cheer him up.We truly appreciate all the prayers and donations.
