Naseebullah is the only brother to three sisters and the sole support for his family. He lost his father at a young age, and his mother, now 63, is struggling to make ends meet. As an orphan, Naseebullah has always tried to be there for his family, but now he faces a life-threatening challenge: he urgently needs a kidney transplant. His family has visited many hospitals, but every place requires advance payment before they can proceed with the surgery.
