Help Nala to fund her TPLO-surgery

Hi I´m Nala, I was born the 21 of may 2014,
8 weeks later my humans bought me.. :)
My life has always been great, my humans are doing all they can to give me a good life, giving me a lot of love and caring, seldom leave me alone, taken me to dog school since a was a puppy and always giving me high quality food and supplements. They have always tried to keep me lean and athletic to keep me healthy but still I´ve had some health issues. Luckily they have signed me up for an substantial insurance that costs aproxomately 1 200$ a year but still there is a problem.
The maximum payout is set to 7 350$ for every insurance year, with the breakingpoint set to 16 of May.
During the autumn 2016 I started to limp on my right backleg and they took me to the vet .
X-rays and extensive examinations took place and they suspected a crusiated ligament in the right knee and found that my left knee wasn´t so good either, but at the time I only had problems with my right knee. My humans whom got bad experiences with a surgery on dads Doberman a long time ago first wanted to try to rehabilitate me instead of doing surgery. We started to swim 2-3 times a week along with the medicine. After some time with ups and downs they realised that I didn't got any better and they booked me in for an TPLO-surgery to be executed 2017-05-21 (unfortunately just beyond the breaking-point of the insurance year).
The surgery was successful and an extensive rehabilitation started, and has never stopped until now. But as my right knee got better my other one started to fail. So here we are now, the money from this insurance-year is almost totaly consumed and there is no way that my left knee will make it untill the next insurance-year starts in 2018-05-16. My humans now tries to save money to pay for the surgery on their own as soon as possible, but they're having a hard time. Dad is studying full time because he has hurted his back and can't return to his old work and mum is working as much as possible, she´s almost never at home :(
They are also selling a lot of stuff. But the pre-habilitation they are giving me now in form of laser-therapy, medicine, food supplyments and the swimming in the dog-pool (all to comfort me and buy me some extra time), costs a lot of money, so the saving for my surgery takes time.. That´s why we need your help. The vetcosts, the surgery and rehab will cost approximately 7 000$. The campaign-goal is set to approximately 4 125$,
1US $=8,5 Swedish crowns.
It´s starting to become pretty urgent because I´m limping more as the time goes and if the ligament breaks completely and the knee is bent in the wrong way the possibility for full recovery are significantly reduced. My humans has never asked for money in this way before but they will do anything for me! :)
