<div><strong><em>ASYLUM CASE DENIED!!</em></strong>

<div>Unfortunately, the UK government refuses to recognise the danger posed to Nadheem as a trans masculine individual if he is sent back to India, and has therefore denied his asylum case. The Home Office have decided to give him <strong><em>45 DAYS</em></strong> to vacate the country, and have denied him the right to appeal his asylum case.

<div>As a result, one of the few options left to us as a community is to get him enrolled as a student on a Masters course.
</div>

<div>This will allow him to remain in the country until he can apply for Indefinite Leave To Remain. Unless he can find the money <strong>in 45 days </strong>to pay this, he will not be able to return back to the UK and continue building the amount of years required for permanent residency (Indefinite Leave to Remain).

<div>Unfortunately, the Higher Education system in the UK also charges extortionate charges for international students, which is why we have created this GoFundMe to call on you - our beloved community for aid.
