Nadera is a young Afghan refugee living in the United States. She is the mother of a sweet toddler and was recently widowed when her equally young husband tragically passed away from pancreatic cancer. After months spent navigating a new country from her husband's hospital room, Nadera is now a single mother struggling to make ends meet on her own while expecting her second child in September. Please join us to help Nadera by contributing whatever you can. She urgently needs money to cover rent, pre-natal expenses, food, and to be safe and healthy as she takes care of her babies. Nadera has plans to learn English, start her own business, and raise her children, but right now needs some breathing room as she navigates this difficult transition made worse by her grief.
